Untitled
A Personal Narrative
Untitled is a series of photoshopped images that depict feelings of grief and numbness in times of tragedy such as the loss of a loved one.
The pieces tell a story of falling into depression, disassociation, and derealization.
Untitled I (pictured right) was on display in the SPN Spring 2023 gallery exhibit located at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Portrait Photos
Setting myself up in a studio with a textured black backdrop, My co-photographers and I experimented with a variety of lighting and posing compositions.
Taking the raw captures, I transferred them into Photoshop and experimented with overlay, multiply, and duplicate tools to create a mysterious, ghostly effect.
Floral Symbolism
The baby's breath flower was used as an accent piece and contrasting element in my photos. The flower is used for decorative purposes in floral arrangements, deeming it a subtle yet important touch of artistry.
In my piece, my character relates to the baby's breath as her presence is also quite subtle and ambiguous. I layered this flower often in my pieces with the overlay tool.
